Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor specializing in international logistics coordination and 3PL management. The role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain performance from a control and management perspective, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization across global logistics operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• International Logistics Coordination & Control
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize international logistics flows managed by overseas warehouses and 3PL partners (primarily in the U.S.).
  • Analyze logistics KPIs (cost, lead time, service level, accuracy) and propose corrective and improvement actions.
  • Ensure alignment between logistics execution and company commercial objectives.
  • Stay updated on global logistics trends, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• 3PL Partner Management (Global Scope)
  • Evaluate, select, and manage international 3PL partners based on performance, cost, and strategic fit.
  • Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and performance benchmarks with overseas logistics providers.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and manage issue resolution with 3PL partners.
  • Ensure 3PL operations comply with applicable international regulations and contractual obligations.
• E-commerce Fulfillment Oversight (Non-local Execution)
  • Oversee e-commerce fulfillment processes executed by overseas warehouses (order processing, picking, packing, shipping).
  • Coordinate system integration between e-commerce platforms, WMS, and shipping systems.
  • Monitor fulfillment accuracy, delivery timelines, and customer experience.
• 3PL Services for External Customers
  • Manage customer onboarding for 3PL services delivered via overseas facilities.
  • Coordinate warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation services provided to clients.
  • Develop customized logistics solutions based on client requirements.
  • Oversee billing, invoicing, and service reconciliation related to 3PL services.
• Warehouse & Transportation Oversight (Remote Management)
  • Supervise warehouse operations remotely, including inventory control and operational efficiency.
  • Plan resource utilization with overseas partners (labor, space, equipment).
  • Optimize transportation modes, routing, and carrier performance.
  • Analyze transportation costs and recommend optimization strategies.
• Team Leadership & Cross-border Collaboration
  • Lead and develop the operations team in Vietnam, focusing on analytical, coordination, and management capabilities.
  • Ensure effective communication with overseas teams, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Foster a performance-driven, process-oriented working culture.
• Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify systemic operational issues across international logistics flows.
  • Design and implement process improvements to reduce cost, errors, and delays.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and performance metrics.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in operations management, with a significant focus on logistics and 3PL management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and distribution.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Good in English: Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening
• Proficiency in relevant logistics software and ERP systems. (Odoo, Quickbook, Misa)
• Easily adapt to new environments and ready to change
